Tutti Fruiti Candy
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups cream
1 cup white corn syrup
3 cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon lemon extract
½ pound each of shelled walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts, candied cherries and pineapple
Combine first three ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a soft ball when tried in cold water (234° on candy thermometer.) Remove from heat, allow to cool and beat until it begins to thicken. Add extract, nuts and fruits. Mix until well blended pan and store in the refrigerator.
